Accessibility statement

Dog gear research should be usable by everyone.

BreedAware is built toward WCAG 2.2 AA, with attention to semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, clear labels, and responsive layouts.

This statement is an implementation commitment, not a legal conclusion about ADA Title I, Title II, Title III, state accessibility laws, or international accessibility obligations. The site owner should confirm the final legal standard with counsel before public promotion, especially if employment, public-entity, education, or accommodation workflows are added later.

Skip link and semantic landmarks for keyboard and screen-reader users.
Programmatic labels for search, breed filters, finder controls, and forms.
Source, warning, and status information are not conveyed by color alone.
Layouts use responsive constraints so breed cards, product categories, and filters remain usable on mobile.

Known limitations

Product art is intentionally editorial until BreedAware can keep product images and listing details current. Any future image, chart, modal, or embedded tool should be tested before publication.

Feedback

Once the business mailbox is active, visitors should be able to report accessibility issues through the contact page. Reports should include the URL, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the task that was blocked.
