Information collected on the site.
BreedAware does not currently create visitor accounts or collect personal information through an embedded contact form. The site may remember a choice in your browser when needed for a feature, but that information is not used to build an advertising profile.
Hosting and security data.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps, referral information, diagnostic data, and security logs. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Email.
Contact links open your email application. If you email BreedAware, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to review the request, respond, maintain a correction record, and protect the site from misuse. Do not email sensitive medical, financial, or account information.
External links and Amazon.
BreedAware links to Amazon and other third-party sources. A third party receives information under its own privacy policy when you follow a link or load content served by that party. Editorial dog photography is currently delivered from Pexels, so a visitor's browser may send ordinary connection information to Pexels when an image loads. Amazon controls its own account, browsing, cart, order, and payment information. BreedAware does not receive the contents of your Amazon cart or your Amazon payment details.
Amazon may report aggregated affiliate activity, such as ordered items and commissions, under the Associates Program. See our affiliate disclosure for more information.
Analytics and cookies.
This version of BreedAware does not load an advertising network or use advertising cookies. If analytics, consent controls, or other tracking tools are added, this notice will be updated to identify the tool, purpose, and available choices before the change takes effect.
Retention and your questions.
Email and correction records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, or site security. To ask about information you have sent to BreedAware, email hello@breedaware.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns information belonging to the person making it.
